Last Updated: 15 June 2026

1. Introduction

Welcome to ValiCred. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the ValiCred website and the academic advisory, unit waiver strategies (The Drop), and credit mapping services (The Stack) provided by us. By submitting an inquiry, uploading documents, or purchasing a service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services Provided and Right of Refusal

ValiCred provides strategic guidance and custom blueprints to assist students in applying for academic credit, unit waivers, and formal appeals. Payment structures vary depending on the specific service requested (see Section 5).

3. No Guarantee of Academic Outcomes

ValiCred provides expert advice, document review, and strategic mapping based on our analysis of general university policies. However, the final decision to grant academic credit, approve unit waivers, or overturn a rejection rests entirely with your specific educational institution.

4. User Responsibilities and Accuracy of Information To provide accurate audits and blueprints, we rely on the information you supply.

5. Payment, Pricing, and Refund Policy

Our services are subject to the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Due to the custom, 1:1 nature of our advisory services, the following payment and refund terms apply:

6. Intellectual Property

All custom blueprints, writing prompts, stack structures, and strategic guides provided to you by ValiCred remain the intellectual property of ValiCred. These documents are provided for your personal academic use only. You may not reproduce, resell, distribute, publish, or share these materials with third parties or other students.

7. Third-Party Platforms

ValiCred utilizes third-party platforms for document submission and payment processing (including, but not limited to, Tally and Stripe). We are not responsible or liable for any data breaches, downtime, errors, or losses resulting from the use of these third-party platforms.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ValiCred, its founders, and contractors from any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms and Conditions, your use of the Website, or your submission of falsified or fraudulent academic documents.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, ValiCred shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to delayed graduation, lost tuition fees, loss of employment opportunities, or academic disciplinary actions, arising out of or in connection with your use of our services.

10. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ValiCred regarding our services and supersede all prior communications or agreements.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Western Australia, Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
